As you review the resources and tools, consider how infographic creation can be used as another way for students to demonstrate understanding, and how you can use student infographics as an assessment tool. Browse the page with the questions in mind and review the resources/tools of interest to you. Write a blog in response to the question: How can infographics be used in your classroom?

Love your idea for using a infograph as a final. That would definitely be a great way for students to display the understanding of your math topics!! Hopefully your able to find one that allows for multiple users!

Time, time, time...always our commodity, right? I am wondering if a class in how to use digital tools is a necessary requirement for students now.....then they could transfer their new found knowledge into all their classes. I know I have made assumptions about their tech savvy-ness, and realized that they needed scaffolding. Maybe that is my Driving Question??? So, about your blog- I always appreciate your organization and how thorough you are.

Joe ~ Whew, everything you blogged, I agree with! I especially loved the questions you reflectively posed. I found Piktochart to be easier than Easel.ly as well; however, I still had to take the time to figure out what I wanted to display and what the best way to do so would be while considering the CRAP Design principles. It is a bummer than Piktochart does not allow simultaneous, real-time, hands-on collaboration like Google Docs or Google Slides; I guess the best way to have students collaborate on a Piktochart would be to have one signed in, then to have each student in the group take turns adding their individual parts. Thanks so much for your insights!
